Acute Flaccid Myelitis

The radiographic features we've kind of touched on at least in terms of the anterior horn involvement in a spinal cord when we're considering acute flaccid myelitis. The treatment unfortunately like a lot of these viruses outside of the herpes viruses is going to be more supportive. There's been some pretty poor evidence at least looking more acute flaccids regarding hydrosteroids, plex and IVIG. And it's something sadly that can affect children in particular.
