The Power of Dialogue in Disruption
Using the theory you process has unlocked a deep organizational shift that otherwise wouldn't have happened. When disruption happens there's danger but there's also immense possibility and the possibility has to do with the letting go and letting come. The saving power essentially is connecting with the possibilities that want to grow out of this possibility so as Höderlien says where the danger is the future power also grows.
