Workouts Are Not Just About Workout, It's About Stress Resiliency

The way you do one thing is the way you do all things. There's no actual number placed on this. It's actually based on the amount of resiliency that we can handle, the stress resiliency. If i work seven hours and i feel still calm, that i can go eight, nine and ten. We got to be in flow, and then we can last longer. And so many people, instead of actually doing the proper training, they just assume that my job is, if i want to succeed, i need to go and push it that hard.
