Do You Need a Bench?
If you're going to get there, you'll have to press four days weat. I would do heavy singles, i'd do dynamic effort doubles, and then i'd do pen presses. Those would be the four workouts i would use, but all in one week. You need a bench once every couple of weeks too, you need a bench. Sini, say you're two 35, two forty, you've still got quiet ways to go. Yet, body weight's a starting place for a big press.
