The younger athlete tends to get about 45% of all younger runners get injured on an annual basis. It just bumps up to about 50% and the masters athlete. So I think it's worth keeping just that change rate in mind. But there are a lot of really good reasons why running is, you know, such a great way to reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease or other metabolic issues.
