The Cost of Not Making the Move
If she's emotionally, psychologically, mentally, spiritually not ready to build, that is going to be a commitment. So I don't think that the cost of this decision is big as she's building it up in her head. And certainly it's possible that labor or materials associated with home construction might outpace inflation.
