I would recommend playing it a lot and play it so long until you're just so tired and sick of being whatever you are right. Tony Robbins told this story long ago I read his book in like the 80s of somebody came up to him and said like I eat chocolate and I love it I'm never gonna quit but by day five if you say you can't make hell God he look at it. When he was 15 or something like that he said mom I want to have a beer and she said alright I'll let you have a beer on one condition you drink a whole six pack  and sure enough same as the chocolate story is like by the fourth one he like puked
