Is This a Commercial Speech?

A recent supreme court case involving a pro life crisis pregnancy centers. The big issue in the case was, what category of speaker was a pro-life crisis pregnancy center? This isn't like requiring a doctor who's engaged in a commercial practice to provide and inform, you know, inform consent. But i do think it's a bit of a slope when you're telling private schools what posters they need to have up in class rooms. You could see a proliferation of posters, and that at some point, the proliferation itself could be compelled speech.
