Introduction

The General Data Protection Regulation was approved by the EU on April 14, 2016. The enforcement date for GDPR is May 25, 2018 - less than four months away. It will apply to anyone providing products or services to citizens of the EU as well as anyone monitoring behaviour of EU data subjects.
