We all have endless energy within us that we can access at any time. But if something's blocking that, like if it's obsessive thoughts about something overthinking then you're going to be sad. Instead of being like, okay, I'm going to sit down and I'm just going to write instead change your mindset to what do I want to do right now? Like what is my heart and my soul telling me to do? And you go out and do that all of a sudden when you are following your literal like heart energy, you will be inspired.
