You know that probably helped because as soon as you embrace so whatever it is like when someone's calling you out about something and you're a little shy about it. It's almost like it draws the wolves forward right like they'll like chase you into whatever place you're trying to retreat. Calling it out takes the power away from it and sort of calms everything down and nobody wants to attack you about it. You also don't need to feel insecure about it anymore than either once you've called it out because you're like well I've said it so it's out there yeah it's there whatever it is.
