Is the Second Amendment a Second Class Right?

Conservative justices have been urging the court to take up more gun cases. It seems that lately every time there's a case involving religion, it's a good that the court is going to end up expanding religious rites. So it seems like we're going to extend the winning streak for religious rights at the supreme court.
