We are all about employers doing everything they can. But there're so many people in the work forucs to day who're like, i shouldn't have to do anything ever go above and beyond. So while we are real believers in working genius and finding a job that suits you, you are owed nothing in terms of having your employer jump through hoops for you. We're big believers that companies shouldn't have massive policies about whether you should go back to work or not. It should be based on that individual job and the individual manager and team.
