To get an a symmetry in matter versus anti matter, you need toviolate what is called time reversal in variants. Time reversal in variants can be violated by the fundamental laws of physics as we understand them without violating reversability. The arrow of time does not require bariane symmetry or any of the other ingredients for getting a bariane symmetry.
