The Variability of Exposures in Mice
The pharmacokinetics in mice are just as substantial in variability as they are in patients. We regularly will see CV percents of 50 to 60%. And you know, that can mean 10 full differences in variability. The exposures that we're classifying and quantifying in mice already have a lot of that variability accounted for. But the whole purpose of TDM is to get towards that individualized exposure and that precision medicine.
