If someone is making provocative comments to you, if they're making rude insinuations with sexual connotations that make you uncomfortable and you say, I don't want you to do that anymore. The next time they open their mouth and say something like that, you need to stand up and walk in to the HR office or your supervisor's office and you need to file the report. Don't tell them you're going to do something that you're not going to do because the only thing they understand is action. If you say it, do it. Now let me tell you what to expect when you do.
