Why Is It That the Nobel Prize Isn't Based on Race?

There are 198 people of Nobel Prize laureates by ethnicity. Jewish, Pashtuan nobel is one, Punjabi is two, Tamil is three and Tibetan is one. The Jews are even two percent of the population. But you can't say that it's if you're on the woke left, you can't saying that biology has anything to do with it.
