The Difficulty of Starting an Automation Journey
We need to be testing experts, not necessarily tooling experts. I see eventually we'll get to visual kind of AI based automation that we're not not going to have to worry about coding per se. And now I think, you know, part of it is that implied knowledge that we have in the sense of our experiences over time will help us solve problems. It could be API testing or chat ops and this view towards conversational AI. How do we stop passing through divisions to lean? People who already have skills will become more superpowers. The people are on that journey and maybe they don't yet understand the fundamentals.
