In the original series, samantha was kind of the punching bag. And now, as samantha gone, i feel like they need one of the characters to be like the bumbling mess. I believe that her techi technophobia and her misdeps when it comes to things like race relations are kind of linked. It seems like miranda is aware cause she's always been so, like, academia focused and things like that. She knows you need to have an open relationship with your child but instead she's just letting her have sex in the house rather than really talking about it. So  she's almost missing the mark on everything,. But every time she comes on screen,
