Service design isn't necessarily a process engineering, you know. A lot of tes these parts of the organization are defined by processes and protocol. So i basically reframed what service etiner was in the manner they could help him. And if someone who's like reel into process might kind of, like, bulk at that, but i wasn't ashamed to use what i thought would resonate with them.
