Free Will, Is It Compatible With Determinism?

Tom Konnenos has written a number of books on free will and self control. His latest book is about the springs of human behavior, what causes us to do what we do? He says there's an old dispute between philosophers who say that free will is compatible with determinism or incompatiblists. And so he developed two theories: one for people who are happy to say that it's compatible witha determinism, and one for the others.
