Is There a Way to Prevent H I B?

We still have fewer than a million people world wide on prep. We're not anywhere near utilizing the power of this tool. But we have it, and it's only going to get easier to use it. The stigma around h i v is just an intractably difficult problem in so many places. And that part of it, the social determinance of health, the social justice issues, the human rights issues are signature failures across the border.
