Cotto Ocampo - The Orange County Homicide Killer

Cotto Ocampo was found dead in November 2013 after swallowing a bottle of Ajax. Homicide detectives then discovered that the murder weapon matched the one in the killings of the three other homeless men. Only later were the murders of his school friend's mother and brother tied to his maniacal spree. The Orange County District Attorney, Tony Rakhakis, confirmed that he would seek the death penalty during the upcoming trial.
