This could be a canary in the coal mine of companies like Apple and other big services that are promising end to end encrypted chat or just end to end encryption generally within their services. I'd be very surprised of Apple left. It should be actually interesting to see. Have anything, the accelerationist in me, let's see it get passed and see how Apple responds. If they don't, we should on Apple a lot.
