Acute Pancreatitis - What Are the Very First Steps in Management?
The first thing after i've made a diagnosis of acute pancratitisis i want to get a sense of how severe is this patient's presentation. The fact that a b n hemoglomen are up, that's suggesting that this patient, like i said, is intra va volume depleted. Patients who meet criteria for surs and acupancrati have a higher risk of mortality. If you have two those four criteria, you have ume criteerficers. And again, seeing that a cute panketis that increases her risk for mortality.
