I think that bi pasicular block one is very important, because we see tons of e c s with bi facicular block on them. And i do see it blown off, you know, not rarely. So again, a patient who has presyncope or syncope and they have bi facicular blocked, those patients you need to be worried about. We need to get these people upstairs. But certainly, anyone with the characteristic e c g pattern, anyone who makes you nervous enough to make consultation, i think, warrants telemetry.
