I'm lucky enough to be able to call Daria a friend and I've learned so much from her great experience and wisdom, so I'm delighted that you get to learn from her too in this podcast episode.

As I write this I'm less than 2 days from the start of a #Snowdon24 challenge which requires 'Everesting' mount snowdon by doing 9 reps... and I'm sacred to be brutally honest. Was was previously excited by now the mind is starting to play some tricks on me. I know its part of the process, I know what training I've done and I know with some of the 'tools' Daria has taught me over the years I'll give a best account of myself.

Will my 'best' be good enough?

Will the body hold up?

I don't know... but I also don't know what my 'best' is yet!

I know that we are all far more capable than we can imagine and that a challenge gives us the opportunity to express what we actually can achieve.
