How to Make Muffin Tops

Muffin tops are the best, but instead of selling the whole muffin, they just sell the tops and then discard the bottoms. One of my favorite bits in Seinfeld now is the woman who runs the homeless shelter that they're always trying to pawn stuff off off to. So when Elaine is like, oh, I love the muffin tops, I just do the tops, just doing the tops, which now is a thing because she's right.
