Margaret Thatcher's Views After She Left Power

I wouldn't rest an assessment of Margaret Thatcher's views on statements she made after leaving power. She had some decline in her mental powers in that stage, and I don't think I should exploit that to claim things which were not deeply considered against the background of being in power. Being in power does impose clear constraints on what you can say and what you can do. When necessary, she was prepared to make concessions if she thought it'd secure the greater good.
