Accounts Are Not a Hobby
Accounts are not a hobby because you don't have to use it. You opened an account only when you needed it. I still believe this is not a use case enough. Payments are a means to loans. Value doing payments, your data gets documented. You can get access to loans. I think this works hand in hand. Unless you create that reason for people to open accounts, you would always find the same people opening wallets as well.
