The hopeful dictatorships of a the what would you call the anti racist? Yes, i think that is. The fact that it always works in theory is the reason that they're never going to concede that, well, this failed an we and we need to try something new. I think that they, of course, give themselves licensed to a degree because they believe temselves to be anti racist. But the main thing is that their goal is to awaken racial consciousness. And the way you awaken racial consciousness is by making things racial,. Making every interaction, every relationship, every phenomenon, every institution, to find its racialized components.
