The History of King Tunkamon

excavations at Karnak uncovered a record of this pharaoh, a stone slab or steeler. It described Tunkamon's piety for the great gods and his gifts to their honour. In 1907, excavators cleared a small pet, KV-54 - it was not a tomb, just a storage dump. The pet contained objects related to Ttunkamon, food, pottery and so forth. But it also had traces of embalming material,. linen and natron, the items used to make mummies. Long story short, this discovery was another clue. Tnunkamon had been in the Valley of the Kings.
