When i started code, i was much more snarky. And i would say, i hate to say this about a woman, but shrill. An tulgin, bout myself, your words, adward, i was shrill. I think i learned there's a better way to interview and without sucking up. There's a way to have a conversation when you're in a regular conversation with some one. You don't like constantly attack people. That's how i think about it.
