The Dollar Loss Is a Symptom of Our Problems, Not a Cause of Our Problems
If the dollar loses its supremay, it is much more likely to be a symptom of our problem than a cause of our problems. I made this argument last year in abot. But i think this idea that we shouldn't engage in sanctions, because then people will find am alternative to the use of the dollar isn't plausible. And larry, what are your thoughts about the need for reform or rebranding of international financional institutions like the i m f, world bank?
