The DEI Dean's Letter to the DEI Dean
Lawrence Lessig: The letter doesn't say who asked for the leave or whether it's paid leave. He says Yale solved their problem by having only DEI training to start out the school year. Now we need to see the culture at the law school actually change, he says. Law students are entering a profession in which their job is to make arguments on behalf of clients whose very lives may depend on their professional skill, Lessig writes.
