In countries like Egypt or India, it's too difficult to start a firm and benefits no one really. In Scandinavia the unions are shaping your life as a capitalist far more than would happen in U.S., he says. But even with limited economic freedom you're still creating a more productive economy,. So it could work. It just has the system has to be designed right. And I think social democracies were designed the right way.
