Complex Systems and the Importance of Non Linear Change
In a complex system's framework, i think, doesn't underplay the difficulty of transformative change. It does allow for the possibility of n what's called non linear change. Small actions can sometimes have a disproportionate effect on larger confluence of different kinds of causal factors. And so it doesn't promise racial progress, but we can't know what the future will hold.
