There is moderate evidence for impaired kinus thesesia, so sense of movement in people with shoulder pain and in people with instability. There's very low evidence for any reduced sense of force if you like and velocity but that's because not many people have actually researched it. We know that patients who've had shoulder pain tend to overestimate the amount of force required to do activity.
