The Resurrection of Dumbledore
I think what's really interesting about that scene, for me, in my reading, is that whatever you believe in the afterlife, you can see it in that scene. So I would argue nothing because Dumbledore isn't there because it's in Harry's head. And Dumbledore isn't any more there than Harry's parents are there in the forest with him. It really invites a reader in and allows a reader to not have to give up anything that they feel committed to in order to go through the scene with the text. Yeah. Just going back to that conversation about how gross bodies are. Do we think that this series presents a belief in the afterlife? What is gonna happen to Dumbledore after Kings
