The Misconceptions of Capital Line of Credit
It's very misleading to have a juiced IRR from capital and spread it. The Access Fund is investing in a lot of stuff, you know, something like 20 or 30% of deals. So consistently across here is so it does appear that who knows how to do it? Maybe they invest in companies that, their logo is the color blue. We also looked at syndicated deals on the Angelos platform that were sort of worse quality than other deals. And what we did for that was based on identification with the co-investors.
