What Does It Cost to Upgrade to a Plus?

I see it so many times that people come to us with a very poor A plus content, which is just their logo. And the same picture that they use on the top, like the main images, doesn't really say anything. It's misproportion, like the layout and the whole thing. So would you recommend that everybody that has maybe just the old A plus, they need to upgrade to the new premium? Should that be a priority? I mean, obviously, but the problem is that it costs a lot of money to do it.
