This lawsuit arises out of a change that congress made to the copyrighta back when it revised them in 19 76. In this 19 76 act, congress put in a provision that had not previously, ever existed. Andn this was in response to numerous stories during hearings in con from inventors who didn't know what their rights were at the time they signed away.
