When someone has body peace, their body is not fighting back again them any more. They can do the physical activity and after the physical activity, they go back to a place of homeostasis. That's what i feel after a five k. My husband can go out into a ten mile run and come back and be back in body peace. He doesn't feel anything. So that level of body piece is different for each person, depending on their own level of activity and their own athletic abilities. But i think it's important to understand that there's times you're going to push your body beyond body piece because you're trying to get it to strengthen and to build.
