Wicapaedia says the home was originally created in 19 12 for a gentleman named george dupont pratt. The soviet union came in and purchased the thing, which is still used to this day by russian diplomats or other high up folks. There have been very recent protests in the past three years over this property and the taxes that are not paid by the ners because it is no longer soviet held. It is russian held.
