The Importance of Fear in Leadership
After 10 years, I read the narrative of Saul and David. After allowing the Bible to be the narrative that could teach me something as opposed to inserting myself in it, I was David and that guy saw. And then 10 years later, I had a massive empathy for Saul that I never had before. The reason why Saul was such a bad leader is he never agreed with God about being chosen as king. So you make him king and what do you get fear and manipulation? That's what happens with anybody that doesn't line up with guys will. But if I was one of them people that's like I'm feeling this today because some preachers out there they'd be like I wonder
