The Importance of Personal Development

I think the reason why this topic is particularly interesting to me as an individual who has to make a living is that the world is clearly advancing slowly. It's entering a time period of not just commercial, you know, advantageous, capitalistic Graves level five momentum. So where are we at? Are we trailing behind? Are we leading it in the forefront? Like, are we going to get left behind, right in this world in order to make a big impact in the world?
