What Is a Speculative Attack?

A speculative attack is where you borrow in a weak currency and then acquire a strong one. i've personally borrowed money to buy bitcoin, but that's not risky according to the author. Do we even know who owns the federal reserve? I don't believe elan musk is the richest man in the world  i think there are some some people pulling the strings. Is it good idea to borrow three percent of your personal wealth for seven years just so you have access to bitcoins? It would be great if Bitcoin was worth $10 billion or more at its peak right now.
