Jeff Yang: I'm putting together an electronic presskit for one of our festivals. One of the things i had to do was put together my directors statement for the film. He says it's a valuable exercise in post production, as you're trying to sell the movie. Yang: Having that big, kind of y sign post as you jump into your own material can be really valuable. You don't have to show it to anybody; just be like, i min to take ten minutes. What would i write?
