According to the complaint, on January 23, 2021, three days after President Biden took office, a man named Clark Humphrey allegedly emailed Twitter and requested the removal of an anti-vax tweet by RFK Jr. The order itself says, if the allegations made are true, the case arguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in the United States history.
