Overrated or Underrated?
Vancouver is some of the most expensive real estate in the entire world and rents are insane. It's a terrible to New York Manhattan, you know, it's one of the least affordable cities. So we're running into extra logistical issues with office and storage space and vehicle space and everything. Overrated or underrated being a real estate agent. That's something you would do again. Well, I don't know I thought the job would be. Especially for people that are immunocompromised and can't really go and do other activities. Mondane but still a life or death issue.
